Through our 7 interactive webinar sessions, we will walk you through every Standard and answer all those tricky questions.
Over 5 months the 7 sessions will lead participants through every Standard and answer all those tricky questions. This will be done over webinar using interactive, engaging videos, small group work and practical activities designed to help participants build their LGBTIQ inclusive plans and programs.
The sessions are spaced approximately three weeks apart, allowing participants time to put learnings into practice in their workplace with guidance from HOW2 Program trainers.
In addition to the seven live webinar sessions, each participant will receive registration for Rainbow Health Victoria’s 3-hour online training Introduction to LGBTIQ Inclusive Practice, to be completed as a pre-requisite to the HOW2 program.
